All copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights in the site and the material available on the site belongs to LokerPintar or its third party suppliers. Use of the site does not give you any proprietary rights in such materials. You agree not to deep-link and/or frame the Website or any of the Services for any purpose, unless specifically authorised by LokerPintar to do so.
- LokerPintar will permit the job seekers and Third party to access, use and interact with our site subject to these terms and conditions. Any party using this service for any purpose other than those specifically stated in these Terms and Conditions shall immediately be banned from using this site.
- We try to ensure continuous availability of all services, but accept no responsibility for the consequences of interruptions or delays, however caused. We may, additionally, design and specification of the site at any time.
Additional Terms for Job Seekers
- LokerPintar is not responsible for the content of advertisements or any information posted by Third Parties on the LokerPintar website
- The user acknowledges and agrees that the User resume will be displayed and used by Third Parties for the purposes of recruitment of workers.
- The user agrees not to include information that is incorrect, misleading, harassing, hateful, defamatory, discriminatory towards certain ethnic, religious and racial (SARA) or offending religious principles.
- The user is the only party responsible for the information contained in the application letter or resume.
- The user agrees not to demand LokerPintar and / or all of his employees for any losses incurred as a result of using lokerpintar.id or other related links.
- Users are not permitted to use information obtained from lokerpintar.id or other links related to unlawful purposes, or violating copyright and intellectual rights laws. Violations of this provision can be brought to court by other parties who have been harmed.
- The user agrees to agree to other terms and conditions that may be added by LokerPintar from time to time without prior notice from LokerPintar.
Additional Terms for Third party
- LokerPintar has the right to refuse to provide services to recruiter who are considered to violate the LokerPintar policy, where the interpretation is fully LokerPintar rights. LokerPintar decision to refuse to service or stop services is absolute and inviolable.
- The recruiter agrees not to place advertisements that are incorrect, misleading, harassing, hateful, charging, defamatory, discriminatory towards certain ethnic, religious and racial (SARA) or offending religious principles.
- The recruiter is the only party responsible for the information posted on lokerpintar.id.
- The recruiter agrees to release LokerPintar and / or all of its employees from claims arising from losses, loss of money and so on, which occur due to the use of services provided by LokerPintar or the use of sites and other related links.
- The recruiter does not conduct IJAZAH DETENTION.
- Recruiter are not permitted to use data obtained from LokerPintar for other purposes beyond the purpose of filling out job vacancies or career opportunities that the recruiter has. Violations of this provision can be brought to court by the aggrieved parties.
- The recruiter agrees to agree to other terms and conditions which may be added by LokerPintar from time to time without prior notice to the recruiter.
